I am a Sydney based vocalist, multi instrumentalist and songwriter with a love of making music across genres.

As a freelance singer, I have sung many times in major concert venues in Sydney including the City Recital Hall and the Sydney Opera House. My most recent engagement was with the Hourglass Ensemble in the Utzon Room at the Opera House in May 2024. 

I was a full time singer over a period of 11 years with the extraordinary a capella group The Song Co. with whom I enjoyed several highly successful European and Asian tours. I have also enjoyed frequent engagements with prestigious groups in Sydney such as Pinchgut Opera, Halcyon (Contemporary Music Ensemble) and Cantillation (professional choir).

In my song writing, I look to combine gorgeous chord progressions with eclectic vocals, bass guitar and groove beats.

Together with brilliant singer songwriter Rachel Harding, we formed the band Bertie and the Fish in 2022.  Rachel's fine pianistic skills and folk infused vocals in combination with my broad musical interests see Bertie and the Fish present a big beautiful dish of musical 'flavours' inspired by pop, folk, groove, blues and classical genres.
